I’m thankful for taters,

And for piles of turkey,
That make me feel lazy.
I’m thankful for pie,
Pecan, pumpkin, and apple,
And for stories from family,
That cause me to cackle.
I’m thankful for family,
And I’m thankful for friends,
And for stretchy pants,
That fit over my end.
